  • How do I register my Oase Pondovac 4?

  • How does the Oase warranty support work?

    If you have any problems with your Oase Pondovac 4 that you can't solve by reviewing the manual, call the Oase support number (866-627-3435). The helpful Oase support staff will walk you through troubleshooting steps to narrow down the problem. If it is determined that a replaceable part has malfunctioned or failed, Oase will ship you a free replacement part. If the telephone troubleshooting doesn't resolve or diagnose the problem, Oase will send you a prepaid label to ship your Pondovac back to Oase for testing. Once Oase receives it, they will test and resolve the issue. If they determined that a motor has failed or is not working correctly, Oase will ship you a new Pondovac 4 at no cost.

  • Is it 110 voltage Or 220 ?

    It runs on standard 110V. The attached power cord is 12 ft long.

  • Can you get a larger discharge hose on the Pondovac 4?

    The Oase PondoVac 4 comes with a discharge hose that is only 8 ft long and cannot be extended. The reason is that this vacuum uses gravity to drain the water and debris that is vacuumed up, so a longer discharge hose would interfere with its ability to drain.

    The Oase PondoVac 5 comes with a discharge hose that is 16 ft long. You can also add on additional Discharge Hose Extensions (each one is 32.8 ft long) to make the PondoVac 5 discharge hose as long as you need. The difference is that the PondoVac 5 has a discharge pump that can push the discharge water a long distance away, and even pump it uphill if needed.
