Standard Shipping
Orders received by Kinetic Water Features are typically sent either by UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for shipping times. Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Free Shipping Offer
Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the contiguous United States. This applies to ground shipping only, with the entire order going to one address. Custom fountains, waterwalls, and fountain replacement parts are not eligible for free shipping.
Expedited shipping can be arranged by calling customer service at 800-291-3013. Orders over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery, to ensure safe delivery to the correct person and/or address.
Sales Tax
In most cases, we only charge sales tax to orders that are shipped within the state of Texas. In rare cases, we are required by law to collect sales tax on product shipping to other states. In this event, we will notify you when your order is processed.

Same Day Shipping

Freight Delivery
Due to the size and weight of some of our products, they must be shipped via independent freight carriers. Each product description on our site indicates the standard shipping method, including when freight shipping is required.
Here are a few things to be aware of when ordering such products:
- If you require any type of special delivery for large items please let us know at the time of ordering. There may be additional charges for items such as lift-gates, special size truck, etc. We will contact you before shipping if additional charges may apply.
- The trucking service will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule the delivery time. If you make an appointment with a trucking company please be aware if you are not there to accept delivery a redelivery fee may be charged by the trucking company and will be your responsibility to pay.
- Any reconsigning (changing of original shipping address) of shipments and any fees for this are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please be present to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages. See "Freight Delivery Inspection and Damage Notation Process" below.
- The delivery driver will deliver your items curbside of your home or office. They are not responsible for taking the product onto your driveway or into your home or office. Therefore, moving the item from curbside may require your assistance. You can always ask the driver to assist you and they may but they are not required. Special services are the responsibility of the customer, we do not pay for any storage fees that the trucking company may charge if you do not take immediate delivery of your item.
- Very heavy items will require a forklift to move them from the curbside to their permanent location. You can contact a local contractor or landscaper to help you with this.
- Please be aware that the delivery can NOT BE REFUSED for any reason. Refusal of delivery will result in customer incurring all shipping and or redelivery cost of the delivery.
- Shipments weighing over 1,000 pounds are too heavy for a lift gate. You MUST have a forklift on site at the time of delivery to unload the item from the truck. DO NOT ORDER an item if you will be unable to supply a forklift. You can contact a local contractor, small equipment Rental Company or a landscaper to assist with the forklift. Depending on the product either a landscaper or contractor may be able to assist in setup.
Freight Delivery Inspection and Damage Notation Process
All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for all replacement expenses if we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery. Read below for full details.
You must inspect your shipment for damage before the truck driver leaves. ALL NOTATIONS OF DAMAGES/PROBLEMS MUST BE MADE ON Delivery Receipt/Bill of Lading (BOL) before accepting goods.
- By default, mark the Bill of Laden at delivery "Subject to Inspection" even if the merchandise has no visible signs of damage.
- Make notes on how the shipment arrived. Did the item arrive on a pallet (a large wooden platform) with shrink wrap around item? Were there any loose pieces? Did the carton or crate appear damaged?
- CUT OPEN ANY SHRINK WRAPPED PALLETS AND CHECK THE NUMBER OF PIECES ON THE PALLET (look to see if the quantity corresponds with the count on the bill of lading). At the same time, check the pieces along with any crates/cartons/boxes to see if they show even the SLIGHTEST wear (even creases or bends). If so, inspect the piece to make sure it is fully intact with no chips, cracks, or any other type of damage.
- If the driver will not wait for the pieces to be inspected, then you must mark the Bill of Laden "Worn/Damaged Carton- Driver will not allow inspection - Possible Damage"; this must be NOTED on your copy and the driver's copy of the BOL.
- Any damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading and you must call us immediately, while the trucking company is still there.
- If you do not inspect it right away and notice damages after they leave, the trucking company will no longer be liable for damages. Due to the shipping company's restrictions, we cannot process damage claims if the Bill of Laden is not marked that damage was noticed and this must be NOTED on your copy and the driver's copy of the BOL.
- You may be required to email proof of damage in the form of digital photographs.
- Failure to report damages immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours may result in replacement fees charged to the customer for damaged or missing components including all shipping cost.
Expedited Shipping Policy
Any additional charges for Expedited Shipping will NOT be refunded on shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS or FedEx's control, including but not limited to the following:
- The nature of the shipment, defect, or inherent vice of the product;
- Failure of the Shipper or Consignee to observe any term contained in these Air Freight Terms, including but not limited to improper or insufficient packaging, securing, addressing or marking of any shipment, including omission of, or provision of, an incorrect Consignee address or ZIP code on the Air Waybill, providing insufficient information, or the Shipper's failure to follow any term related to shipments that are not acceptable for transport.
- Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or hazardous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials or similar authorities, the application of security regulations imposed by the government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Force Major Events").
- Compliance with laws, government regulations, orders or requirements, or any cause beyond our control.
The following shipments are not eligible for Guaranteed Service:
- Shipments destined for delivery in locations outside the service area for Next Day Air Freight or 2nd Day Air Freight.
- The guarantee for on-schedule delivery for Next Day Air Freight and 2nd Day Air Freight shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and on December 18 through December 24.

How to Return a Product
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to Kinetic Water Features, we ask you to please follow these instructions:
- Use email Returns@KineticWaterFeatures.com to initiate your return and receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A return shipping address will be given to you at this time. An RMA is required to process any return. Returns without prior RMA shall be subject to refusal, so please make sure you request and are provided an RMA before sending merchandise back as a return.
- Carefully repackage the product or products in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. You will be charged a replacement fee for missing items or no credit will be given if manufacturer cannot supply replacement parts.
- Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the shipment yourself, as Kinetic Water Features will not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.
- In the rare case that we receive a return and it has been damaged during shipment from you to us, we will notify you immediately so that you can file a claim with the shipping company.
- Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you received your RMA number. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge may apply if the box is written upon.
- Please return your purchased product as soon as you receive your RMA. RMA will expire after 10 business days.
- After we inspect your return, we will credit the purchase price back to the original credit card used for the purchase, minus the original shipping cost and any reboxing or replacement part fees that may apply. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. We will send you an email confirmation to notify you when we have applied the credit to your card.
Refunds may NOT be given if obvious signs of use such as missing paperwork, parts, missing packaging materials, smudges or other marks indicating use, etc.

- Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or hazardous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials or similar authorities, the application of security regulations imposed by the government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Force Major Events").
- Compliance with laws, government regulations, orders or requirements, or any cause beyond our control.
The following shipments are not eligible for Guaranteed Service:
- Shipments destined for delivery in locations outside the service area for Next Day Air Freight or 2nd Day Air Freight.
- The guarantee for on-schedule delivery for Next Day Air Freight and 2nd Day Air Freight shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and on December 18 through December 24.

However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an order from Kinetic Water Features, you can be assured that you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
All items returned to Kinetic Water Features must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc. must be returned for full credit.
The ORIGINAL SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you received FREE shipping. You will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.
How to Return a Product
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to Kinetic Water Features, we ask you to please follow these instructions:
- Use email Returns@KineticWaterFeatures.com to initiate your return and receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A return shipping address will be given to you at this time. An RMA is required to process any return. Returns without prior RMA shall be subject to refusal, so please make sure you request and are provided an RMA before sending merchandise back as a return.
- Carefully repackage the product or products in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. You will be charged a replacement fee for missing items or no credit will be given if manufacturer cannot supply replacement parts.
- Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the shipment yourself, as Kinetic Water Features will not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.
- In the rare case that we receive a return and it has been damaged during shipment from you to us, we will notify you immediately so that you can file a claim with the shipping company.
- Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you received your RMA number. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge may apply if the box is written upon.
- Please return your purchased product as soon as you receive your RMA. RMA will expire after 10 business days.
- After we inspect your return, we will credit the purchase price back to the original credit card used for the purchase, minus the original shipping cost and any reboxing or replacement part fees that may apply. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. We will send you an email confirmation to notify you when we have applied the credit to your card.
Refunds may NOT be given if obvious signs of use such as missing paperwork, parts, missing packaging materials, smudges or other marks indicating use, etc.
Please note that custom items, built-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific needs.
Stain colors are approximate as shown on the website - they may vary according to your monitor settings. Please be aware that due to the size and weight of some materials of the items on our site, touch up paint may be necessary. Small scuff marks and or scratches that may occur on the item are not considered damage. You may receive a sample of touch up paint with your item and additional paint can be ordered through our customer service department for a minimal charge. The touch up paint can be used prior to and after setup of the item to cover small scuff marks and or scratches that may occur due to delivery or setup.

Is the water returned to the pool once vacuumed or does it sit in the pump area or discharged out?
With the Pondovac 5, the water is sucked into the vacuum, filtered, and then pumped back out. If you put the end of the discharge hose into the pool you will return the water to the pool. If you put the end of the discharge hose in your yard or down a drain, you will pump the water away from the pool and not return it to the pool.

I want to use this to remove sand and dirt from the bottom of my in-ground pool which has a depth of 6 feet. 1) how long is the pole? 2) the bag that captures debris looks like it has large holes, do you also offer bags with finer mesh to hold dirt vacuumed up.
The Pondovac 5 comes with four 30-inch aluminum suction tubes and one clear one.

A large reusable mesh bag is connected inside the vacuum at the outlet of the suction hose and it catches the larger pieces that get sucked up. It has relatively large holes it allows you to easily remove the larger debris and dispose of it.Here is a picture of me holding this bag that attaches inside the unit. I took this picture at a factory training event. The colored beads were added to a test pool and allowed us to suck something up during the demonstration. I can confirm that the Pondovac 5 has a very strong suction motor.Anything that is too small and passes through this mesh bag will be pumped out by the 2nd pump that sits at the bottom of the vacuum. We call this a "trash pump". It is a heavy-duty pump that is designed to pump out the small pieces that make it through the 1st mesh bag.
A second mesh bag comes with the vacuum and it can be connected onto the outlet of the discharge hose. This bag has a VERY FINE mesh, and it traps all of the smaller pieces of debris that the trash pump discharges from the vacuum. -
Does it vacuum leaves easily without getting clogged?
Most owners face a little bit of a learning curve when they 1st fire up the Pondovac, but they report figuring it out quickly. There are several factors such as the types, sizes, and quantity of leaves and if they are heavily matted together or decomposed. However, most users find after a little practice that the Oase Pondovac 5 does a great job for them cleaning leaves out of ponds and pools with minimal clogging.

If you have any problems with your Oase Pondovac 5 that you can't solve by reviewing the manual, call the Oase support number (866-627-3435). The helpful Oase support staff will walk you through troubleshooting steps to narrow down the problem. If it is determined that a replaceable part has malfunctioned or failed, Oase will ship you a free replacement part. If the telephone troubleshooting doesn't resolve or diagnose the problem, Oase will send you a prepaid label to ship your Pondovac back to Oase for testing. Once Oase receives it, they will test and resolve the issue. If they determined that a motor has failed or is not working correctly, Oase will ship you a new Pondovac 5 at no cost.
